Books and Piattino's with several book club members was fun today. And we didn't have rain! We were five as one attendee had to beg out. We enjoyed a few different menu items including from the brunch menu. Afterwards we went to Chapter One bookstore to celebrate Independent Bookstore Day (weekend)!
We were 13 in attendance and 14 for the exchange. Our next book is The Land in Winter by Andrew Miller - 360 pages. I am working to finalize the hostess house then we will create a new meeting. For your planning, bookmark April 9.
The first Thursday is during school vacation and is leading into Easter weekend, as well as being the first day of Passover. So plan for April 9 -- The Land in Winter.
